Paralegal Assistance
Do you need help getting legal forms filled out and filed? Restraining orders, divorce, small claims, evictions, etc.? Maybe you need to have a Will drawn up that is legal in Nevada, or you want to give medical power of attorney to a trusted family member or friend. If anything happens to you - do you have a financial power of attorney signed and notarized - plus kept somewhere safe? Do you need to know Nevada law and statutes so you know your rights? Free paralegal assistance to prostitutes and trafficking victims. Not a substitute for legal advice or an attorney. If you can prove low income - you may even be able to have filing and service fees waived. Paralegal is a survivor also.

Traffick Jamming Blog

Do you find it hard to explain to someone how you feel a man, woman or child could be saying they are doing sex work "by choice" when you feel they are being forced, or even brainwashed into believing they are doing it by their own free will in a way that most people would understand you?

It's very difficult to try and explain to someone how anyone can be made to actually believe, through brainwashing, that they are enjoying themselves and being in sex work by choice.  I'd like to invite you to watch this show made by Derren Brown.  He's a "master of mind tricks" in the UK and he produced a show where he took intelligent, well balanced, professional people with good jobs and no criminal history - and proved that he could use subliminal techniques to have them perform an armed robbery of a bank - and totally believe it was all "their" idea until he revealed the truth.

Luckily, Mr. Brown, "deprogrammed" his subjects after the show.

Pimps and traffickers aren't so nice.  So even when these subjects are made free of the sex industry - they still have these issues running around in their head that has to be addressed by people who know what they are doing.

Prostitution and Trafficking in Nevada addresses the scope of the sex industry in Nevada, including human rights violations against women in the Nevada legal brothels. The book describes how the multibillion-dollar illegal sex industry in Las Vegas works. Sex trafficking from within and outside of the US, advertising for prostitution, political corruption, pornography, organized crime and the constant demand of men for paid sex - all contribute to prostitution and trafficking in Nevada.
